We are passionate about helping people in all stages – whether they are just renting, or considering buying their first home, or they are homeowners who are thinking of selling vs renting out their current home. No matter what your current situations is, our hope is to become a housing ally throughout your journey. We’ve helped many clients transition through different chapters in life and will provide free expert advice to anyone who needs it.

How it Started

Our journey from real estate to property management

After 10 years of being a Realtor, Spencer Schumacher started his boutique brokerage in 2016. Spencer Real Estate Group has helped over 400 families, couples, and individuals buy and sell homes. On average, 83% of our annual sales are from repeat clients and past client referrals. Over the years, our local reputation has led to many inquiries about rentals and property management. Seeing a need in this area, Spencer considered starting a property management branch. After all, he already had many years of experience managing his own rental properties. But it wasn’t until we heard from 5 different property owners in the span of 2 weeks that Spencer decided fate was telling him to just go for it. Within the next month, Strategic Rental Partners was born and we were managing multiple units for local owners!
